We process your personal data only to the extent determined by the services we provide to you (i.e. operating the Platform) or other related purposes of processing, as specified below.

  • 2.1 We use your personal data to provide you with the information, products and services that you request or purchase from us when shopping online. Our non-EU partners based in China undertake to take appropriate measures in compliance with national and local privacy laws in order to guarantee high privacy standards.

We undertake that any transmission of data to our suppliers in China will be governed by contractual principles indicated by the GDPR which will be reflected in our agreements in place with our suppliers.

4. What are your rights in relation to the processing?

  • Right to portability: 

Whenever SN ECOMMERCE LLP processes your personal data, by automated means based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to get a copy of your data transferred to you or to another party. This only includes the personal data you have submitted to us.

You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if the information is incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

*you have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped
*you have a balance with SN ECOMMERCE LLP, regardless of the payment method

You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on SN ECOMMERCE LLP's legitimate interest. SN ECOMMERCE LLP will not continue to process the personal data unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for the process which overrides your interest and rights or due to legal claims.

You have the right to request that SN ECOMMERCE LLP restricts the process of your personal data under the following circumstances:

5. For how long do we keep your personal data?

Further to the retention periods indicated above in this Privacy Policy, we retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose of the processing in question, i.e. as required by law, for the period of performance of the contractual relationship and in some cases where we have a legitimate interest to keep your data longer in light of our legitimate interests.
